Chocolate Chia Pudding


This one surprised me! I really didn't think my boys would like it, but they LOVED it! I must make some more...


The recipe is super simple, nutritious and delicious


Chocolate Chia Pudding


Ingredients:

· 1 Cup Almond/Soy/Rice Milk

· 1/3 Cup Black or White Chia Seeds

· 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder

· ½ Cup Blueberries, plus extra to serve (optional)

· 2 Tbsp Raw Honey, plus extra to drizzle

Method:

· In a 2 cup capacity jug/bowl, combine milk, chia seeds, cacao powder and honey

· Mix well and set aside for 10 mins, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping

· Add blueberries if desired, stir until combined

· Chill for 30 mins

· Serve topped with extra blueberries, cacao nibs, nuts and a drizzle of honey
