What is Online Personal Training?
Online PT or Coaching is an amazingly flexible way of getting the one on one (or group) support that some people may want or need in order to reach their health and fitness goals.
It’s cost effective and helps you to be in control of when and where you want to work-out, instead of relying on a time and location of an in-person trainer, which is perfect for most people now days as there never seems to be enough minutes in the day.
With online training you fit the workouts into your schedule, so one day could be 6am that works and the next 6pm.
I have never worked/exercised out before, are you able to help?
Sure am! I have set out to help ladies who are beginners or have never worked out before ever. I want to help you to establish great health and fitness habits that you will be able to sustain for the rest of you life. Do I have to have a gym membership?
That is completely up to you! Another one of the benefits of online training is that you choose if your workouts are to be done in your living room, your bedroom a park or a gym. We will talk about all the options during your consultation and make a program to suit your personality.
What is included in the Fired Up packages?
All packages come with an initial consultation and measurements for results tracking. These measurements totally depend on what you, the client, wants to measure. If it is full body measurements with a tape measure, numbers on the scale or just by taking photos. Whatever you are comfortable with.
Each program is made to suit your personal goals, not taken from a generic form. During the consultation we will discuss your likes and dislikes, any injuries you may have or had, if your goal is to lose body fat, gain muscle, tone up or just feel better about yourself. We will work together to make the perfect program that suits you.
