Starting Over

It's normally around this time of year the New Year's Resolutions start to die off, schools are starting back, parents are starting back at work, the routine of life starts all over again for another 11 months before Christmas and New Year (plus those pesky resolutions) are upon us once again.
I don't know how many times in the past I have started over, be it resolutions, goals - family, personal, & business, healthy eating, exercising you name it, I have most likely done it and started over! This isn't always a bad thing and you shouldn't beat yourself up, what you want to try and do is look at it like a new beginning, a fresh start.
Clear your mind of all the negative that you felt at the end of whatever it was, create a new plan of action and get stuck into it! This time round make some small changes, make the goals more achievable, you found out last time what didn't work or caused you to get off track a little, maybe a lot at times, but that is the joy of living and trying new things, making changes. It doesn't always go to plan 100% of the time and that's OK too.

The reason I have chosen Starting Over to write about this week is because I have decided to start over and I wanted to help encourage you to do the same if what you were trying isn't quite working out how you had hoped. I don't know how many times I have had a weightloss/healthy eating goal in mind started off real well with all the best intentions only to veer off track within the first 4 weeks or go for a quick fix fad diet drop 5kgs only to put the weight back on again.
Even with everything I have learnt over the last 12 months, I still jumped into a quick fix late last year. Feeling fed up with myself for not staying on track with my healthy eating I saw a nice shiny new product out there promising exactly what I was looking for, being in the head space I was at the time I jumped in and spent a lot of money on the products which, don't get me wrong I absolutely loved and will still rave on about them now BUT I will not be going through the same program ever again.
This year I am starting over, no more fad diets, no more jumping at the new shiny things - I am putting this into practise with both healthy living and in my business. As of right now I am starting over and really focusing on doing what I want to teach all of you to be able to do, and that is to live a healthy lifestyle without it feeling like you are either on a diet or off a diet.
Want to join me and Start Over? On the 11th Feb 2019 I will be running my first ever 8 week Nutrition Coaching Program which will be focused on .... You guessed it! Starting over, starting with the basics, starting to build new habits, starting to build a easy healthy lifestyle!
