Stop Holding Yourself Back!

We are all guilty of it right? Self sabotaging, self doubt, self hate.
Everyday we wonder why it is so hard to reach our goals, why it is so hard to get sh*t done. "I know what I want and how to do it, but ...." Is a common thought that I am sure goes through your head at least a couple times a week! I know it does for me!
I have recently been introduced to an amazing lady, Denise Duffield-Thomas, you can check her out here ... https://luckybitch.com/
I just went through her free Manifesting Formula Workshop and all I can say is WOW! I knew I had a lot of self doubt that was holding be back, but I didn't realise how bad that was until yesterday. If you have struggled with anything, or you want to change even one small thing in your life right now, I highly recommend you head on over and get through that workshop!
In order for us to change we need to believe in ourselves, if we don't believe in ourselves how on earth are we supposed to expect others to believe in us? We need to cut the crap, get all the sh*t excuses out of our heads, get out of our own way and start moving forward. Part of the workshop is to write down all the reasons why you DON'T want this particular goal to happen, once I had done that step I think that was the wake up call for me. All I could think was WOW , no wonder my goals have never, ever seemed easy to reach, I have been holding myself back and fighting against myself for so long now that I didn't even realize I was doing it.

We can eat 'healthy' and exercise all we like, but if deep down we don't believe in ourselves the results are either not going to come or they are going to be extremely hard to get, trust me I know from experience and as recent as this year! I let my mind get lazy which in turn lead my body to become lazy as well, I was going to the gym 5 days a week, eating kind of healthy but not getting any results, in fact the numbers on the scales kept getting bigger! Until I took a step back and realized I was being my own worst enemy.
What is your goal right now? Have a real good think about it, write it down, then under that write "This is why I DON'T want to reach this goal" and write down all the reasons why you don't want it to happen. If you are trying to lose weight you could have it set out like this ...
Goal = Lose Weight
Why DON'T I want to lose weight right now ...
* It's to hard, I'm to unfit to exercise
* I don't feel like it, life is comfy how it is right now
* People might look at me weird and think I'm stupid
* What if I mess up/do an exercise wrong in front of others - they will laugh
Write down exactly how you are feeling, you don't need to share it with anyone, just getting those thoughts out of your head and onto paper/notepad in your phone will help to break down one of the biggest barriers that is potentially holding you back from reaching that goal!
I'd love to know what your goal is and 2 things holding you back, if you feel like sharing, let us know below!
